Biography
A partner/member in the firm, Mr. Rosenblatt graduated from SUNY at Stony Brook with a B.A. in 1975, and St. John's University School of Law with a J.D. in 1978. He worked with a boutique law firm in New York City from 1978 through 1984 before returning to Rockland where he became an associate and then a partner with the firm of Montalbano, Condon & Frank, P.C.
Since 1984, he has devoted his practice exclusively to Matrimonial and Family Law. Mr. Rosenblatt was a member of the Board Directors of the Rockland County Bar Association for 18 years (President, from July 1, 2014–June 30, 2015) and former Co-Chair of the Rockland County Bar Association's Family Law Committee.
He is currently a member of the Attorney for Children Advisory Committee of the Ninth Judicial District. He has lectured on matrimonial law for the Rockland County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and accounting organizations. Alan is also a member of The Family Law Sections of the Rockland County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association. He was previously a member of the Legislation Committee of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Courthouse Childcare Center Advisory Committee.
Alan has had extensive litigation experience in domestic relations and family law-related matters including divorce, equitable distribution, custody, maintenance, child support, and family offense matters, as well as experience in negotiation and preparation of prenuptial and marital agreements.
Mr. Rosenblatt was admitted to practice in New York State in 1979 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

A partner/member in the firm, Mr. Warren graduated from SUNY Albany with a B.A. in 1992, and from Brooklyn Law School with a J.D. in 1995. From 2004 through 2022, David worked as an associate and then a partner at Montalbano, Condon & Frank, P.C. in New City, New York, where he headed their Matrimonial and Family Law Department with his current partner, Alan Rosenblatt, Esq.
Since 2004, David has dedicated his practice exclusively to matrimonial and family law, concentrating on domestic relations and family law matters including divorce, separation, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child support, maintenance (alimony), pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, modification and enforcement proceedings, and family offenses and orders of protection, in both the Family Courts and Supreme Courts throughout Rockland County and the entire Hudson Valley.
David is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Rockland County Bar Association, and is trained in Collaborative Law. He is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, has lectured for the Rockland County Bar Association Continuing Legal Education program, and has been appointed as a binding arbitrator by Judges and colleagues alike to settle and/or decide difficult matrimonial issues.
